How to check whether the rubber oil seal is qualified?

oil seals

Qualified rubber oil seal products should meet the following conditions:

1. The number symbols on the end face meet the requirements.

2. The surface is smooth and smooth, without damage or deformation.

3. The rubber oil seal with skeleton has the correct shape and the end face is perfectly round. When placed on a glass plate, it should fit snugly onto the glass surface without interference.

4. The edge of the frameless oil seal should be straight and the end face should be flat. It can be deformed by hand and can be restored to its original shape after letting go.

5. The shape and thickness of the knife edge should be consistent across the entire circumference. When trying to assemble the kit, the cutting edge should fit snugly into the matching neck.

6. For rubber oil seals with springs, the torsion spring should not be rusted or deformed, and can be firmly stuck in the torsion spring groove. Take 50*72*12 rubber oil seal as an example. Let the oil seal drop to the ground at will from a height of 1m. If the torsion spring does not fall off more than once every five times, it can be felt that the torsion spring and oil seal cooperate well.

7. When dealers purchase rubber oil seals in bulk, they can first take samples for oil immersion testing to measure their mass change rate. For example, after soaking 25% transformer oil (70) sealing oil at a temperature of 5 degrees for 24 hours, the mass change rate should be between 3% and 5%.
