In observance of the dual festivities, our office will be closed for the public holiday. Please be advised of our schedule below:
1. Holiday Period:
From Wednesday, October 1st, to Tuesday, October 7th, 2025.
Our office will resume normal operations on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025.
Please note: We will be working on Sunday, September 28th, and Saturday, October 11th, as regular business days to ensure a smooth transition.
2. Business Arrangements:
Order Processing & Shipping: All production and shipping activities will be suspended during the holiday. To avoid any potential delays to your projects, we strongly encourage you to place your orders in advance. For any urgent requests, please confirm with your sales representative before 12:00 PM (noon) on Tuesday, September 30th.
General Inquiries: During the closure, you may still contact us via email or your sales representative's WeChat. We will respond to all messages promptly upon our return on October 8th.
