There are many methods of high-pressure sealing, and the industrial equipment used also has different requirements. Various seals for hydraulic media at room temperature are easily explained. It is now divided into three aspects: dynamic sealing, static sealing and connection sealing.
The main objects of dynamic sealing are plungers, shafts, etc. in compressors or pumps. In addition to ensuring the sealing function, it also has good conditions such as small wear, low damage, and easy replacement. Therefore, it is much more complex and difficult than static sealing.
(1) Rotary seal structure: The packing is filled in the stuffing box, and the nut is clamped to adjust the clamping level range of the packing. The other is a sealing structure with an oil injection ring to prevent damage to the plunger and packing. The automatic rotating seal structure uses O-rings and rotating pads to adjust the rotating cover, and generates automatic sealing due to medium pressure.
(2) Unsupported sealing structure: Generally used for high-pressure pump plunger seals in secondary pumps. The structure consists of a PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene ring, a plug head and a plunger. Pay special attention, the greater the friction, the faster the damage will be.
(3) Thin sleeve sealing structure: It is a thin sleeve design that automatically deforms in the cylinder. The pressure medium adjusts the structural deformation to keep the gap between the inner hole of the thin sleeve and the plunger constant.
(4) Automatic clamping sealing structure: widely used in pressure multipliers. The sealing structure includes an annular nose sleeve and a plunger rod. It has a small-diameter hole that allows compressed fluid to enter the gap between it and the barrel, preventing damage from high-pressure conditions.
(5) Gap seal structure: It is a simple seal that mainly places the ground plunger close to the liquid cylinder and maintains a lubricating fluid film between the plunger and the liquid cylinder.
